Note:
- When ordering a transfer, a free wait of up to 1 hour is allowed.
- An additional hour of waiting is paid at the rate of 1 hour / 400 soms (rounding 1 hour).
- Additional point – 200 kgs.
- If a guest from the airport left in a foreign car without justification, while the driver of the company met the guest, payment is made 100%.
- Provision of erroneous order data by the customer (date, time of arrival, flight number, etc.), payment is made 100%.
- In case the guest did not arrive for various reasons (visa refusal, flight cancellation, lockdown, etc.), payment is made 50% of the transfer fee.
- In case of refusal of the guest from the transfer, when the vehicle was delivered to the place specified in the application, 100 soms are paid if the place of submission is within the city, and if the place of submission is outside the city – 100% of the cost of the service.
